Offensive Player of the Week
Titans Run Drills with Kids From Camp Quality.
Last week the Titans spent some time at Lake Ann Camp to work on teambuilding and leadership skills. While they were their they spent some time with kids from Camp Quality, a camp for keds diagnosed with cancer, ages 4 to 17. It is safe to say a good time was had by all!

Steeped in Football tradition.
Established in 1997, Traverse City West has been a power in the Big North Conference since its inception with 7 Conference Championships and 10 Playoff appearances. With alumni at Division I, II and III schools around the country, the Titans are known for playing with tenacity and energy.
This year the Titans are looking to continue their quest for a state championship with two great classes of athletes with an outstanding attitude and work ethic. Building an athlete - The 12 Month Plan
Our coaching staff has designed a plan that allows our student-athletes to become better all around athletes balanced with a quality academic schedule.
Here are our recommendations for our athletes.
Fall Quarter - All athletes lift during their season and take a full academic schedule.
Winter Quarter - Take weights if possible if not work out after school. Weight room is open after school M,W, TH and F.
Winter Quarter II - Take weights this quarter as this two month period is essential to keeping active.
Spring Quarter - Take Zero Hour for additional credit.
Summer - Summer weightlifting and speed training. 3 days a week.
